Yesterday we cut a watermelon outside. It wasn't the best watermelon, but it was good enough. Sarah loved it! Actually I don't think that I have found much that she doesn't love. Braylen loved playing in it. I can't wait until the watermelon gets really good!!!
We played outside all weekend long!!! It was so much fun and Sarah even got down in the driveway and played with the sidewalk chalk. She loved it!! We were all such a mess when we came inside. Braylen and Sarah are starting to have so much fun together. No one can get Sarah to laugh like Braylen. She could laugh at him all day! It makes me so happy to see how much they love each other! We have been outside almost all day! We woke up this morning and met our friends, Razel and Franklin, outside to walk. It was perfect! I am so excited that the weather is finally warm enough to go out in the mornings. After naps this afternoon we went out and played again. Here are some pictures from all the fun we had.
Oh and Sarah is not only crawling, but she is standing. I walked in her room after her nap on Wednesday and she was standing in her bed. She had pulled herself up and was standing. OH MY GOSH!!!! Josh lowered her bed as soon as he got home!!! She has grown up 10 times faster than Braylen is seems like. I want her to stay a baby forever. Oh well I guess her and Braylen will keep growing up and they will continue to be the best kiddos I could as for. Thank you God!!!

Look!!! She is standing! This was about 3 min. before she fell and bumped her head though.My good friend from college, Maribeth, and her husband, Craig, were in Nashville this week so they came over for dinner last night. I haven't seen her since her wedding exactly 1 year ago. They moved to Virginia Beach when they got married and we have not been in Alabama at the same time since. I am hoping and praying every day that they move closer to us. She is an awesome person and friend and I would be so very happy to be able to spend more time with her. I am glad we were able to spend time with y'all last night!!
We had lots of things that needed to be done in the yard so we all helped. Braylen really enjoyed watering all the flowers. We didn't even have the water hose attached but he would hold it over the flowers and say "shhhhhhhh". It was adorable!! Sarah came out after her nap and watched from the wagon. I have to say daddy worked the hardest!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!! The grass is looking great, we have new mulch, the weeds are pulled and the flowers are planted. We should be go for a while!!!
We started off the day sleeping in a little!! Then cleaned up had lunch and naps. When Braylen and Sarah woke up my good friend Emily, from preschool, was here from Huntsville to visit. Braylen had so much fun playing with Emily. He just HAD to show her how good he is at golf. After Emily left daddy came home from work and we grilled out because it was such a beautiful day. Then we cleaned up and headed to Home Depot. The kiddos LOVED the race car buggies. They were sooooo very good while daddy and I looked for plants. They were so good that we decided to get a little treat for both of them. We went to Gigi's cupcakes. We have heard so many good things about this place. I just had to try it out myself. Nana if we can't have your cakes here all the time I think we will be ok with Gigi's. They were so YUMMY!!!!!! (although not as good as Nana's) Now it is time for some much needed sleep!!!

This cupcake was called "princess"Well I think it is official! Sarah is crawling!!!! She does take her precious little time, but she can do it. She did it for the first time Tuesday night. Josh gave her a bath and got her dressed and she would crawl to her toys. Then he went to get Braylen dressed and he put his diaper on him and yelled at me "hey Crystal, check Sarah and see if she has on a diaper!". He didn't realize it until he started putting Braylen's on but he got Sarah dressed in her jammies and forgot the diaper. So I guess that helped her start crawling because she did it first without a diaper. And Yes, she had tee-teed all over her jammies and daddy before we realized she didn't have it on. We all have those moments though right?!?!

It was Sarah's 1st Easter and we had a BLAST!! It was Braylen's first year to actually hunt eggs and get excited about the Easter Bunny. Nana had a yummy lunch for us on Easter and Braylen and Sarah both enjoyed it!! We were in Fayette for several days and played at Nana and Pops. Ava Grace came to play almost every day. It is so much fun to watch Braylen and "Grace" (that is what Braylen calls her) play together. We got to visit with Pops, Papa South, Chloe Beth, Shelley, Mama Faye, Mama Marcie, Uncle Rex, Uncle Joe, Uncle Will, Uncle Kyle & Aunt Nikki too. I hope everyone else had a Happy Easter too!!!!
I can't believe it is almost Easter! Braylen had his Easter egg hunt at school yesterday since they have spring break next week. When he came home from school we were both so excited to go through all his candy. Sarah had a blast just playing with the empty eggs!! Well...until I walked out of the room for a minute. I told Braylen that sissy could not have ANY candy. Everything got really quiet and I walked back in the room and Sarah had a yellow mouth. Braylen had been giving her yellow nerds. Thank God it was nerds!!!!! She loved them!!!!!! I guess we should tell the Easter Bunny that Sarah wants nerds in her basket. 
I always thought that Braylen would be my messy one since he is a boy, but I think it might be Sarah. Braylen was always so neat. Maybe it was because he didn't want to waste any of the food. But wow, Sarah always has her dinner EVERYWHERE!!!! I have learned to take her clothes off when I feed her. I posted some recent pictures so you can see just what I am talking about.
