Pictures with Amy

This morning we loaded up the kiddos and headed out to get family pictures made. Amy Link did the pictures. She is great!!! Here is one picture from today. I will get a disk of the others tomorrow from Amy at church. The kids were as good as we could expect for pictures. Believe it or not this is our first good picture of them together!!!!!

More Gigi's Cupcakes

What can I say...we love Gigi's cupcakes!! While Nana was here we had to take her to Gigi's to let her try one of their amazing cupcakes. We had to try them all!! I think that Ava Grace had the most fun eating hers. She had it EVERYWHERE!!!!!! The wall, floor, all over her and the table!!!

Sidewalk Chalk & Paint?!?!

The kids always have so much fun playing with the sidewalk chalk so Nana decided to buy them all some sidewalk paint. Well, they LOVE it!!! Sarah even loved eating it! yuck!!!! FYI...the sidewalk paint doesn't always come out of their clothes so let them play naked!!!

You can see in one of the pictures that if there is a water puddle anywhere around Braylen and Ava Grace are going to find it and have so much fun together getting soaked!

Fun at the Park

While Nana, Pop and Ava Grace were here we took the kiddos to play at the park. They all LOVED the swings. Until we saw the stream!! They loved throwing things in the water and watching it go down stream.

Strawberries

Today Nana, Pop and Ava Grace came to visit. We met them at McDonald's to eat lunch and let Braylen and Ava Grace play. Then off we went to pick some strawberries. We didn't get too many and Braylen and Ava Grace had fun for about the first 5 minutes and then they were ready to go. Oh well...we will try again next year!! (we got lots of cute pictures though)

Schools out for Summer

Today was Braylen's last day of school so they had a party. Sarah and I surprised him and came to school for lunch! He was so excited he kept saying "hi mommy!! hi mommy!" He has had such great teachers this year and we are really going to miss them next year.

*Sarah finally got her 3rd tooth (front top left ) on Saturday at Mimi & Gregpa's.

Tuesday at Mimi & Gregpa's

We came to Mimi and Gregpa's yesterday afternoon. Josh and I went to a late dinner for our anniversary, which is really on Wednesday, while Braylen and Sarah went on to bed. Today Braylen got to go fishing for the second time this week. He has now caught 2 fish!!! Or should I say "Nemo"!! He had so much fun! Joy and I took Sarah for a morning walk then to lunch at Zoe's. This afternoon we all had so much fun playing outside. Braylen and Sarah absolutely love their Uncle Acob (Jacob) and Aunt Goy (Joy). We are staying in Birmingham for a few more days so I am sure I will have more pictures tomorrow.

Mother's Day in Tuscaloosa

We had so much fun on Mother's Day at mama Faye's house. Braylen and Ava Grace had a blast playing in the water puddles after it rained. I posted some pictures so enjoy!!!

I have to say that Josh and I have the best mother's around. I don't know how we could get along without them. They are such great grandmothers too. Our kiddos absolutely love them to death!!! I am so glad we were able to visit with them on this mother's day weekend. Thank y'all so much for loving us so much and for everything you do!!!

Colored Ducks?!?!

We came to Fayette yesterday for the weekend to stay with Nana and Pop. We met Aunt Nikki and Ava Grace at the park. We all had a blast playing on the playground. We even went to the pond looking for ducks. Look what we found!! A green duck and a red duck! I know it is crazy. Braylen and Ava Grace had so much fun chasing and feeding them. Sarah missed the ducks because she fell asleep.

I had a friend email me this and I really need to hear it!! I love love love coffee!!!!! I could drink it all day. Now....I just might start!

Updates and Jon & Kate Plus 8

I have been so worried about Jon & Kate because of all the rumors. Well I have good news!!! TLC says that the new season will start on May 25. I guess that means they are staying together. Yay!!!!!!!

I promise to post pictures soon. I just really haven't taken many because it is always raining and we are stuck in the house.

Update on the kiddos: Braylen is really starting to talk more. He LOVES to play chase and hide n seek. I sure do wish I had the energy he does. We went to church tonight and he didn't cry when I left him. This is huge!!! He has been crying when I leave him at school and church since I can remember. Sarah had her 9 month check up and she was doing great. She weighed 20 lbs and was doing everything she should be at 9 months. She is starting to pull up on everything. Yesterday she was standing and I let go of her and she stood for several seconds before she realized it and sat down. She STILL hasn't gotton another tooth. We are waiting but we can tell she is in so much pain.

Rain Rain Go Away.....

Well, it seems like I haven't posted anything in a long time, but we really haven't been able to do anything. It has been raining for almost a week now. Will it ever end????

Sarah has her 9 month check up in the morning. Can you believe that she is 9 months old now? Where has the past 9 months gone? It seems like she should still be a little bitty baby!!!!
