Here you go daddy...

Braylen is starting to talk more and more each day. Today his favorite has been "here you go dad-dy!" I can't tell you how many times he has said it. I guess it doesn't help that we laugh every time because that just makes him say it more. It is so cute though!!!
Sarah has been sitting up for a couple of weeks. Actually it has been since she got her tubes put in. Braylen loves to sit in the floor and play with her. He likes to kiss her, hand her toys, and tell her "no no sissy!" (it is so sweet) They love each other so much already. They are going to have so much fun together once Sarah gets a little older.

Ok so I am a horrible mom! Giving a 6 month old a cookie isn't the best thing to do, but I was eating it and she kept trying to get it. She finally grabbed it and when I would take it away from her she would start crying. I don't know where she gets liking sweets from???? It is crazy that she knows the difference between sweets and vegtables. I guess that will be her last cookie for a while. We don't want to start bad eating habits!!! We had to take pictures of her eating her first cookie though.

Josh was super dad and had the kiddos all day for me to go to a Pampered Chef party and then shopping for myself. I don't remember the last time I have been shopping for myself by myself. I love my babies, but I really did enjoy my time alone. I was so happy to be home though. Josh said they were great and they had so much fun playing all day! Thank you soooo much Daddy!!!!

Olive Garden is finally here.....

I know you are probably thinking Crystal it is Olive Garden, but we didn't have one anywhere close to us. You don't realize just how much you miss those bread sticks and salad until you can't get it!! Well, we now have one about 5 miles down the road from our house. YUMMY!!!!!! The only problem is they aren't open for lunch!?!?!? I don't understand that but I am just glad they are here. We went tonight for dinner and it was packed! Packed like we had to go sit in the car to wait because there was no where to stand. It was everything I had hoped for and the kiddos did great. Well...I did take Braylen a PBJ and grapes so that he wouldn't have to wait and then get in a crabby mood. He ate his dinner and then helped me with mine. We WILL be eating there often!!!

Sarah on her 1st Valentine's Day!!!

Daddy woke up early and made us some yummy pancakes! We had a great Valentine's weekend. Mimi and Gregpa came to visit Saturday and we went to lunch and did a little shopping. Braylen was "A LITTLE CRABBY". I guess he just didn't get enough sleep. Sunday was 100% better though!!! Thank goodness b/c I was about to lose it! Mimi and Gregpa kept Braylen and Sarah so that Josh and I could have a Valentine's date. It was amazing to get some yummy food and actually be able to enjoy eating out. Thank you Mimi & Gregpa!!!!!!

The tubes are in!!!

Sarah did great!!!! It was amazing how fast they did it. I think she was back there for about 6 min. We were back home by 8:15!! Josh and I did take some pictures of our sweet girl but I have yet to download them. Her bath was great tonight with her ear plugs. She didn't mind them at all AND she do so good when I put her ear drops in. She is AMAZING!!!!! Now let's just get those teeth in and we will be set! Thanks for all the prayers!!
Thank you Pop for coming to stay with Bray! He was so excited you were here to play with him and take him to school this morning. Braylen was such a big boy and walked to the door with me carrying his kack-kack(Back pack) and lunch box. Once they opened the door he started crying and took off running and threw his kack-kack and lunch box in the road. (Pop has it all on video)I think he wanted to stay with Pop. When I picked him up he walked up to the car and said "POP!". I told him Pop had already left and he said "Ooooh Nooooo!!!". It was so funny!!!

Say a prayer for Baby Sarah!!

We take Sarah bright and early in the morning to get her tubes. Please say a quick prayer that everything goes good and she can make it after 12:00 without a bottle. I will update tomorrow!!!

Busy Friday

We have had a very busy day today and we are all ready for bed. We went to church this morning then had a yummy lunch with a new friend at Puffy Muffin. Braylen was already falling asleep at the table. After lunch we went to the ENT. He confirmed what we thought Sarah needs tubes. I just didn't expect him to say Tuesday. So this Tuesday the 10th, we will be taking Sarah to get her tubes. Maybe just maybe this will be the end of our sick winter. Braylen, by the way, was awesome at the doctor's office. To have been awake since 6:00 am he was absolutely wonderful!!!! So we loaded up and went to visit daddy at work! Braylen of coarse was a ham!! Then finally we started home and Braylen and Sarah got a good nap in the car. Daddy was AWESOME and got curbside pickup at O'Charleys. So needless to say I am ready for bed!!

Pictures and Ears

I took Sarah to the doctor's office again yesterday for her 6 month check up. She got shots and SCREAMED!!!!!! She was really mad! Dr. Lee looked at her ears and again she has fluid. Since her 4 month check up she has had an ear infection in one ear, then a double ear infection, now he says that she has fluid and it isn't infected yet, but could get there. So we have an appt. on Friday with an ENT. We are talking about tubes. I thought she might be too young, but Dr. Lee said no, not when they are already having problems as often as she has as young as she is. We are sad that she has had so many problems, but we are ready to get her well for good!!!! The good news is she has not been fussy with any of this! She is such a wonderful baby and I can't believe she is already 6 MONTHS OLD!!!!!

Well Nana and Pop came to visit this weekend and brought all of Braylen and Sarah's Christmas gifts that we couldn't fit in our cars. We had a great time with playing with them and we even got alot done while they were here. Pop hung the see-saw on the swing set!! Thanks Pop! And Nana helped with the babies while Josh and I cleaned out the gargage and put together Braylen's jeep. He hasn't gotton to ride in it yet though because the battery has to charge so pictures coming soon. (if we have good weather) Nana also brought us a beautiful & yummy cake to celebrate Sarah's 1/2 birthday and she brought me a NEW CAMERA!!!!!! Here are some pictures from our fun weekend!
